  UK soul singer Joss Stone‘s The Soul Sessions Vol 2 is upon us. If you’re a fan of Joss (and understand math) you’ll know this is the followup to 2002/3’s Vol 1–the singer’s much acclaimed debut. This one, just like the last, is chock-full of mostly soul standards and a few re-worked rock songs. Friday Night Sounds: Dark Days

This fickle weather has really made me feel cooped up inside. There isn’t enough snow to venture into snow sports, there isn’t enough sunlight to get outside after work, and it definitely isn’t warm enough for my taste.
