After much negotiation Spears joins Cowell, L.A. Reid (famed producer/former label head), and Demi Lovato (another disgraced Disney star). While Spears isn’t known for her voice exactly neither were former judges Paula Abdul or Nicole Scherzinger… Unlike both, Britney is an established pop star with more than a decade’s worth of solid hits and loads of international appeal.
