UK soul singer Joss Stone‘s The Soul Sessions Vol 2 is upon us. If you’re a fan of Joss (and understand math) you’ll know this is the followup to 2002/3’s Vol 1–the singer’s much acclaimed debut. This one, just like the last, is chock-full of mostly soul standards and a few re-worked rock songs. That’s right, c-o-v-e-r-s. I’m fully obsessed with Jessie Ware‘s “Wildest Moments” which is of course not available to download in the U.S. (at least not legally, anyway). Needless to say I was pleased to find she’d released a proper video–hey, if you’re already on youtube… The Kate Moross-directed debut is fairly sparse. It’s spartan-like really.
