The End of the World Never Sounded Sweeter!

Swedish acoustic act Erato* made a name for themselves on youtube when they covered Robyn‘s “Call Your Girlfriend” in their (?) dining room with some empty tubs of butter. More recently though they took on Britney Spears’ (improperly named) “Till The World Ends” and it sounds good.   I’m really impressed with what they can do with tight harmonies, hand claps and a xylophone. Britney Spears To Host X Factor USA!

Britney Spears (Our Lady of Cheetos to all you Dlisted.com readers–GUILTY) has joined the judges table on the U.S. incarnation of Simon Cowell’s X Factor.   After much negotiation Spears joins Cowell, L.A. Reid (famed producer/former label head), and Demi Lovato (another disgraced Disney star). While Spears isn’t known for her voice exactly neither were former judges Paula Abdul or Nicole Scherzinger… Unlike both, Britney is an established pop star with more than a decade’s worth of solid hits and loads of international appeal.
