Helplessness Blues came out a little while ago and there wasn’t too much fanfare about it. I mean, there was some but it seemed to lie under a pile of hype about other bands. To remedy that, watch this live performance on the Fallon show. It shows a number of facets of the Fleet Foxes we have grown to love and hope for.
It was the groups first television performance for Helplessness Blues in America and I don’t think they did half bad. They didn’t choose a song that goes on endlessly which was for the best since television watchers have very short attention spans these days.
Skip over the Fallon bits. He’s a bit much for my liking.
