Go Go Hillary Clinton

Hillary, you can beat this. Don’t panic. You’ve face stressful situations before and having a clot in your brain doesn’t spell certain disaster anymore. You will pull through and have dinner with Bill and Chelsea (and her husband? Sorry, I don’t keep up on information like that) and you’ll soon all laugh about how medicine these days is a wonderful thing.

Hillary-Clinton-9251306-2-402I’m not sure how you got a concussion but I assume it was not by playing football because I haven’t seen you on the field lately. Those poor football players, I can only imagine how many clots they potentially face on a daily basis. We should really do something about that. Tell Barack that, could you?

Your doctors say, and I quote:

“She will be released once the medication dose has been established. In all other aspects of her recovery, the secretary is making excellent progress and we are confident she will make a full recovery. She is in good spirits, engaging with her doctors, her family, and her staff.”

Your prognosis is good, don’t fear.

My own prescription for your quick recovery is to stay home, have Bill make you some tea and turn on Parks and Rec so that you can catch up on the antics of Leslie and the rest of the department. That’ll lift your spirits! Leslie (and us at Rhyme et Reason) certainly do love you.

Work on taming the Middle East and fighting for women worldwide next week. One day at a time, you awesome lady.

OH! And I’ll be voting for you in 2016 so stick around, okay?
