Sir Kenneth Branagh is a magician who disappears into his role as the Swedish detective Wallander that was recently shown on PBS.  He might not be Emma Thompson’s favorite person but he sure is one hell of an actor. Catch up with it on Amazon to watch this complex drama/mystery with some stunning cinematography of Sweden.

The washed out and somber nature of the show is elegantly captured in the theme by Emily Barker. All that’s missing is his ringtone interrupting her singing!
